I decided it was time to meet Sureyya's family in Linkoping, Sweden. We hosted Sureyya for a very short time until her family was ready in Arizona. Sureyya and I have remained friends all these years. Sureyya was a refugee to Sweden when she was 5 from Kurdistan.
When I was planning my visit Aer Lingus began direct flights from Cleveland to Dublin! WELL, I'd never been to Ireland so that was my first stop. First day I did a hop on hop off in Dublin.
Day 2, I took a bus tour to Northern Ireland to Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle and The Dark Hedges.

Day 3, I took a bus tour to the south to Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle and Cahir Castle.
To travel to Linkoping I needed to travel through Amsterdam. I'd never been to Amsterdam! Sooo, a day and half there. Interesting city!

Then the morning I was taking the train to Stockholm for a few days with Karin this happened.
First time I've had Covid
After many texts with Karin I took the train to Stockholm, changed my flight home from there the next day instead of going to Copenhagen, and did see Karin for an outdoor dinner.

Final thought. I need to go back!
